Master Data Assistant Specialist (Outsource)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments,
• Up to 2 years of experience,
• Basic proficiency in MS Office programs, especially in Excel,
• Detail-oriented, organized, and strong in time management,
• Able to maintain attention and accuracy during high-volume data entry processes,
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility,
• Preferably experienced in the retail sector or in data entry processes.

Job Description:

• Entering product information for outlet platform, stores, and online warehouses accurately and completely into the system,
• Prioritizing daily requests and ensure their timely completion,
• Checking the accuracy of product information in the system and correcting possible errors,
• Working in coordination with the team to improve process efficiency,
• Following up on requests from different departments when necessary and ensure smooth information flow,
• Supporting the regular and systematic progress of processes by mastering the tools used in the data entry processes.
