The Master Data Manager is responsible for leading the governance, intake, and lifecycle processes for critical master data domains including Customer Master, Vendor Master, Item Master, and other core foundational data sets. This role ensures the integrity and consistency of data across core systems such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Power BI, High Radius, and other business solutions, whether integrated or manually maintained.
The Master Data Manager also plays a key role in shaping and enforcing the business processes that govern how data is created, maintained, and consumed across reporting and operational platforms. This includes partnering with Sales, Estimating, and Production functions to support production inputs to Bill of Materials (BOMs), routings, and other production-critical data, without owning their setup.

Must be able to perform essential job duties. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each workday), hear the telephone, and enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
