About the job:

Master Data maintenance: Effective data management to ensure adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy of data.

Main responsibilities:

• Process daily master data requests. Troubleshoots data related problems and authorizing of maintenance or modifications. Serves as a focal point for master data topics. Actively uses all master data related systems CEP, SHIFT, PKH/GMID, WOW, FLOWG, VISTAlink
• To set up and develop the daily relationship and Partner with GMID Master Data Teams in GBUs in Scope, Process & System functions, or any other relevant department under EM CHC Europe.
• Support and co-lead master data projects related to our portfolio on behalf of AW CoE
• Act as a focal point for any MDM topics within AW CoE
• BOM in SAP and SHIFT: Responsible for establishing of new BOM and maintaining existing BOM in ERP system based on AW change management.
• Reporting: To prepare synthesis/ report for manager about portfolio on regular basis. Assist with reports and data extraction when needed.

About you:

• 5+ years' experience in Master Data Management

• SAP, SC management experience

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills

• Process oriented, dedicated, engaged, proactive, result oriented.

• Work with international stakeholders/ environment

• Presentation and organizational skills, ability to adapt to changes, proactivity and flexibility in dealing with priorities, ability to cope with pressure, assertiveness and clarity in personal communication and expression.
