This role will be based in our brand-new Tampa, FL office on a hybrid (3x a week) schedule.

The Master Data Senior Analyst position focuses on maintaining high-quality financial master data for US affiliates. Key duties include managing GL master data (chart of accounts), administering the Authorized Signatory Matrix (ASM) for approvals, ensuring timely entry of master data into SAP/S4 and Dynfo systems, and enforcing SOX-compliant controls and processes. The roles require close collaboration with Global DI&A teams to align data governance processes.

Your ‘day to day’:
  • Being part of the global master data team, delivering towards the actions on the global process alignment
  • Providing process expertise in the PMI accounting and reporting areas to support the global finance programs implementation.
  • Deploying and enforcing policies and procedures that ensure the master data quality standards.
  • Acting as first point of escalation for project teams with regards to the queries and activities over the master data process.
  • Ensure data completeness in the system related to (customers, vendors, GL account, profit centers, products, pricing and ASM matrix.
  • Prepare and hold business reviews with stakeholders to review opportunities and/or challenges
  • Identify, investigate, and correct master data quality issues; perform regular data cleansing.
  • Ensure high-quality, timely data management and compliance with internal controls.

Who we’re looking for:

  • REQUIRED – Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • REQUIRED – Commutable distance to Tampa, FL
  • University degree in Finance, Accounting or Data Management areas.
  • Preferred at least 5 years of experience in finance in the international company.
  • Advanced SAP/S4 retail Finance knowledge is a must.
  • Knowledge of Dynfo ERP is a plus.
  • Accounting, reporting, and finance controlling process expertise (especially in PMI).
  • Project / Team management experience will be an asset.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environment, positive mindset in responding to challenges.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong presentation skills to influence at a senior level.
  • Strong initiative to problem solving and framing alternative solutions and driving delivery.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite – Excel, Word, Power Point, SharePoint, Access.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is essential.
  • Analytical skills (data analysis) with usage of Power BI will be an asset.

Annual Base Salary Range:
$90,000- $120,000
