Master Data Specialist

Role Purpose:

Responsible for creating and maintaining Master Data essential to ASD’s business operations, supporting key systems and processes such as SAP ERP and SalesBuzz.

This role works closely with both Business Key Users and daily system users to execute data creation and maintenance activities, ensuring service and quality standards are consistently met.

Key Accountabilities:

Sales Structure Creation/Modification

• Create or modify supervisor records
• Transfer routes between areas
• Create or modify salesman records

Customer Master Data Management

• Create, update, block, or unblock Credit, Cash, TC, and Intercompany customer records
• Transfer customers from one route to another
• Manage customer discounts and special pricing

Packing Instructions

• Create or update packing instructions
• Define packing instruction determination rules

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years dealing with SAP master data
