Master Esthetician – The Hybrid Clinic Wellness Center

The Hybrid Clinic Wellness Center is seeking a licensed Master Esthetician to join our expanding wellness and medical clinic. We are growing our aesthetic services to meet the demand of our existing patient population, and we are looking for someone who is reliable, responsible, professional, and passionate about helping others in an alternative healthcare environment.

This is a commission-based position plus tips with strong earning potential as our clinic continues to grow.

Our clinic focuses on whole-body wellness and integrative care, combining medical services with therapeutic and aesthetic treatments to help our patients look and feel their best.

Responsibilities

The Master Esthetician will be responsible for providing a variety of aesthetic services including:

• Facials and advanced skincare treatments
• Waxing services
• Japanese Head Spa / scalp treatments
• Skin analysis and treatment planning
• Patient education on skincare and product recommendations
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment
• Following Virginia licensing and sanitation standards
• Supporting a positive patient experience from consultation through treatment

Requirements

• Active Virginia Master Esthetician License
• Experience performing facials, waxing, scalp treatments/head spa services, and other esthetic treatments
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Must maintain a drama-free, respectful work environment
• Must understand that patient care and experience are the top priority
