We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Master Esthetician to elevate our skincare and aesthetic services to new heights. In this dynamic role, you will deliver advanced, results-driven treatments, educate clients on personalized skincare regimens, and create a welcoming environment that inspires confidence and trust. Your expertise—especially in cutting-edge laser and energy-based technologies—will help clients achieve their beauty and wellness goals while ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced esthetic treatments including laser therapies such as Ultherapy (Ulthera), Oligio (RF lifting), IPL, and other energy-based skin rejuvenation procedures with precision and care.
• Deliver high-quality skincare services including dermabrasion, chemical peels, microneedling, body contouring treatments, and deep tissue facial massage.
• Provide a full range of beauty services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care.
• Conduct thorough skin analyses and recommend customized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and effective at-home skincare routines to maximize results.
• Demonstrate and promote professional skincare products, contributing to retail sales and client satisfaction.
• Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols, especially when operating laser and medical-grade equipment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening, addressing concerns, and ensuring a comfortable, professional experience.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in laser aesthetics and skincare treatments.

Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Master Esthetician or in a similar advanced role.
• Strong hands-on expertise in laser and energy-based treatments, including Ulthera (Ultherapy), Oligio RF, IPL, and other skin tightening or resurfacing technologies.
• Experience in dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup artistry, and nail care.
• Solid understanding of skin physiology, treatment protocols, and safety standards, particularly for laser procedures.
• Excellent communication and consultation skills to educate clients and build long-term relationships.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales and product recommendations is highly desirable.
• Required: Valid Esthetician or Master Esthetician License from an accredited program.
• Preferred: Additional certifications in laser therapy, RF treatments, or advanced aesthetic technologies.

Pay: $31.63 - $110.00 per hour
