Our comprehensive services on the med spa side include cutting-edge lasers; (Alma Opus, Harmony, Titanium, and Accent Prime), plus body contouring, cellulite reduction and pain relief treatments via LPG’s Endermologie, Alma’s Accent Prime and Fasciablasting.

In addition to those remarkable and top of the line devices, we also do traditional medical esthetic treatments like Dermaplaning, Chemical peels, Microneedling, the relaxing hydrating jelly masks, and facials. We’re 100% focused on wellness inside and out, from supplements and genetics, to laser treatments and skincare.

Responsibilities

• Perform a diverse range of esthetic services, including:
• Advanced laser treatments (Alma devices: Opus, ClearLift, Titanium, Accent Prime).
• Body treatments (Endermologie, Accent Prime, Fasciablasting) for cellulite reduction, skin tightening, and contouring.
• Traditional esthetic treatments like Dermaplaning, Chemical peels, Microneedling, hydrating jelly masks, and facials.
• Participate in training to master our specialized treatments, sales and professional skills development.
• Build strong client relationships for high retention rates by recommending personalized treatment plans, rebooking clients, and promoting packages and memberships.
• Sell skincare products and fascia release tools to enhance client outcomes.
• Assist with light cleaning, laundry (wash and fold), room turnover, and equipment maintenance.
• Check clients in and out as needed, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented, drama free workplace.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Master Esthetician
• Enthusiasm for both advanced treatments (lasers, body contouring) and traditional esthetic services
• Experience with Fasciablasting, Endermologie, or Alma lasers is a plus but not required—training provided).
• Strong communication, sales and client service skills to foster lasting relationships.
• Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, innovative environment.

Shifts Available

• Part-Time / Full-time
• Spa days/hours: Tuesday–Saturday 9:00 AM–4 PM (one evening weekly is open later)
