We are seeking an experienced Master Esthetician who operates with confidence, precision, and a deep understanding of skin health. The Role

You will serve as a trusted aesthetic expert within a medical setting, providing advanced treatments while collaborating closely with dermatology providers. Your work will be thoughtful, intentional, and tailored not rushed or transactional.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including laser procedures, microneedling, chemical peels, and customized medical-grade facials
• Conduct comprehensive skin assessments and design strategic, results-oriented treatment plans
• Partner with providers to support and enhance overall patient care
• Deliver a high-touch, elevated patient experience from consultation through follow-up
• Educate patients with clarity and confidence on treatments, expectations, and long-term skin health
• Maintain meticulous documentation and uphold strict clinical and sanitation standards
• Curate and recommend medical-grade skincare regimens aligned with patient goals

Requirements

• Active Washington State Master Esthetician License
• 3+ years of experience preferred, ideally in a dermatology or medical aesthetics setting
• Proven experience with laser treatments, microneedling, and advanced corrective services
• Strong knowledge of skin physiology, conditions, and treatment planning
• Commitment to ongoing professional development

Pay: From $26.00 per hour (DOE, advanced experience considered)
