Master Esthetician

About Us:

Eyes on Skin Spa is a results-driven, luxury skincare studio expanding into Ballston! We're known for customized treatments, advanced technologies, and a loyal client base. We’re looking for a Master Esthetician with strong treatment skills who also enjoys being involved in social media content creation and engagement.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform high-quality, customized facials and skin treatments
• Provide services such as Hydrafacial MD, dermaplaning, extractions, peels, etc.
• Educate clients and recommend professional homecare
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment room
• Complete SOAP notes promptly after each service
• Create or participate in social media content (photos, videos, Reels, behind-the-scenes)
• Post at least 2x per week to the spa’s social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Help promote services, specials, and brand values through digital content
• Engage with followers via comments and messages when needed
• Stay current with skincare trends and industry best practices

Requirements:

• Valid Virginia Master Esthetician License (Required)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a spa or medspa setting
• Confident in advanced facial techniques and technology
• Comfortable being on camera and creating content for social platforms
• Knowledge of skincare brands, skin types, and treatment customization
• Friendly, professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and well-organized
• Must be available evenings and weekends

Compensation:

• Commission + Tips or Hourly (Based on experience)
