Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and licensed Master Esthetician to join our growing team for a part time position. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about skincare, aesthetics, and helping patients look and feel their best. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding service and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, and microneedling
• Conduct thorough skin analyses and develop customized treatment plans
• Educate patients on skincare routines, products, and post-treatment care
• Assist with pre- and post-operative skincare for surgical patients including our facelifts
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean, sanitized, and compliant with all regulations
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and technologies
• Support retail skincare sales and recommend appropriate products
• Creating and posting on social media to asisst in personal and professional brand growth

Qualifications

• Current Washington State Master Esthetician License (required)
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a medical spa or plastic surgery setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and treatments
• Experience with laser treatments and advanced modalities is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
