Job Description:

We are seeking a Licensed Master Esthetician to join our team of talented individuals and contribute to the growth of our med spa. In search for a personable, upbeat, and warm personality who is reliable, ethical, and eager to constantly learn and improve themselves as well as elevate the business and team. Should have some professional exposure to lasers, microneedling, medium-depth peels, and other advanced esthetic treatments. No need to have extensive experience as training will be provided. Must be interested in growing along with a small business and collaborating with a team. Clear communication skills (oral and written) are a must. Currently, the schedule is 2-3 days a week, 8 hours a day, with the potential to add days as we continue to grow.

You will play a crucial role in providing a wide range of aesthetic treatments, with a focus on laser procedures. You will work closely with clients, understanding their unique skincare needs, and safely delivering personalized treatments to help them achieve their desired outcomes.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their skincare concerns, goals, and medical history.

- Perform laser treatments, including but not limited to laser hair removal, laser skin rejuvenation and resurfacing, and laser vein and hyperpigmentation treatments.

- Administer other esthetic treatments, such as medium-depth chemical peels, microneedling (with RF too), IPL, and facials.

- Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on clients' individual needs and desired outcomes.

- Educate clients about treatment options, expected results, and post-treatment care.

- Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control protocols.

- Maintain accurate client records and document treatment details.

- Stay up to date with the latest advancements and techniques in laser procedures and other aesthetic treatments.

Qualifications:

- Must possess a valid Washington Master Esthetician license.

- Proficiency in safely operating various laser devices.

- Solid knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and common skincare concerns.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and explain treatment procedures effectively.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

- Enthusiasm for learning and keeping up with the latest advancements in esthetic procedures.
