Core Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic and laser treatments with precision and consistency
• Conduct in-depth consultations centered on understanding and educating the patient
• Build personalized, multi-visit treatment plans aligned with patient goals
• Educate patients on skin health, treatment sequencing, and home care
• Recommend medical-grade skincare based on what is truly best for the patient
• Deliver a thoughtful, high-quality experience that drives trust, retention, and referrals
• Maintain accurate documentation and clinical standards
• Contribute to a supportive, team-first environment

Who We’re Looking For

• Utah Master Esthetician License (required)
• 2+ years in a medical aesthetics setting (required)
• 2+ years of hands-on laser experience (required)
• Strong consultation skills rooted in education, honesty, and patient care
• Ability to guide patients confidently—without pressure or shortcuts
• High attention to detail and consistency in treatment delivery
• Professional, polished, and dependable
• Spanish fluency is a plus
