Responsibilities

• Perform advanced esthetic treatments including esthetic laser therapy, dermabrasion, and eyelash extensions with precision and care.
• Conduct thorough skin consultations to recommend personalized skincare routines and product demos.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing equipment and adhering to health regulations.
• Engage clients with excellent communication skills, explaining procedures clearly and answering questions confidently.
• Support retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products and promoting & selling ongoing treatment packages.
• Assist with day to day spa responsibilities.

Skills

• Proven experience in esthetic treatments, radio frequency, red light therapy, microdermabrasion and other advanced skin care techniques.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe treatment environment at all times.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining procedures, product benefits, and aftercare instructions clearly.
• Ability to perform product demos effectively to educate clients on skincare solutions.
• Experience in retail sales within a beauty or wellness setting is highly desirable.
