Duties

• Perform advanced esthetic treatments including laser therapy, dermabrasion, and deep tissue massage with precision and care.
• Deliver a wide range of beauty services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care to meet diverse client needs.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Provide personalized skincare consultations, recommend suitable products, and conduct engaging product demos to educate clients on skincare routines.
• Foster excellent customer service by building rapport, understanding client goals, and delivering tailored treatment plans that enhance satisfaction.
• Assist with retail sales by promoting skincare products and beauty tools that complement treatments.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques to continually improve service quality and expand your skill set.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Master Esthetician or similar role within a professional spa or skincare clinic.
• Expertise in esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care.
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients about procedures and aftercare.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards essential for maintaining a clean workspace.
• Experience conducting product demos and retail sales to enhance client engagement and revenue growth.
• Certification in cosmetology or esthetics from an accredited institution is required; additional certifications in laser treatment or advanced skincare are preferred. Pay: $2,256.31 - $2,717.28 per week
