Master Injector (RN/NP/PA)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused Master Injector to join our growing aesthetic practice. This role is ideal for an experienced provider who is passionate about delivering natural, high-quality results and building lasting patient relationships.

Available locations include: Chapel Hill, Durham, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Charlotte, and Wilmington, North Carolina.

The ideal candidate is confident in advanced injectable techniques, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced injectable treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators
• Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop customized treatment plans
• Deliver natural, balanced aesthetic outcomes aligned with patient goals
• Educate patients on treatments, skincare, and post-care protocols
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and photo documentation
• Ensure patient safety and adhere to all clinical protocols and compliance standards
• Assist in upselling treatments and supporting clinic revenue goals
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of treatment rooms
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and products

Qualifications

• Active RN, NP, or PA license in North Carolina
• 3+ years of injectable experience preferred
• Strong portfolio demonstrating aesthetic results
• Excellent communication and consultation skills
• Highly detail-oriented with a strong aesthetic eye
• Ability to build rapport and retain patients
• Professional, polished, and team-oriented attitude
• Experience with EMR systems preferred

Pay: $62,621.75 - $75,415.45 per year
