Job Type:
We are seeking a business partner to lead out on working directly with clients for project scope/requirements, bidding/quoting, and overseeing projects from beginning to end.

Qualifications

• Ownership mentality. You are a self-starter. You keep accurate records and can manage, evaluate, and make adjustments to the job and crew on a daily basis to keep the project on schedule and on budget.
• Proven experience running residential painting projects; both interior and exterior work.
• Can lead a crew of experienced painters to complete high-quality jobs, start to finish, on-time and within budget.
• Great communication skills with contractors, clients, and crews.
• Craftsman level painter with strong knowledge of a wide variety of coatings, materials, wood finishes, and painting techniques.
• Ability to impress some of the region's most prestigious builders and architects with your high quality finishes throughout the home and efficient project management.
• Great attitude, trustworthy, hard working, a painter who takes pride in their work.

Experience and Expertise:

• Leadership Experience: 1 year preferred
• Painting Experience: 5 years preferred
• Referrals and work photos will be requested

Conditions of Employment:

• Must have a current Utah license - S270 Drywall, Paint, and Plastering Contractor (previously S300)
• Must be a US citizen
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Must pass a criminal background check

Work Location:

• Provo Utah and greater Utah County

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Projected Total Compensation: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
