Job Summary
Lead agile technology teams in the development and delivery of new feature/functionality, integrate team feedback and business needs into processes. Communicate with business stakeholders and ensure the team is working on the right priority items and delivering them in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Experience Required: 1 to 3 years proven experience as a Scrum Master

Experience Desired: Background in a product-lead or agile environment

Education Desired: Bachelors Degree in business administration, leadership, or Project Management
- Certification Desired: Scrum Master

Technical Experience Required: Jira and Confluence minimum at an intermediate level

Experience Required: Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management

Hands-on experience leading or supporting the transition from Waterfall to Agile methodologies, including change management, team enablement, and process implementation.
Job Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc)

Well versed on Agile/Scrum practices & values and guides others on how to use Agile/Scrum practices.

Lead the team in backlog grooming, estimation and all other process driven activities.

Hold regular sprint reviews. Track and communicate team/sprint/release progress to the team and leadership.

Identify project risks and provide alternatives for reducing risk, along with communication to the stakeholders.

Track and manage agreed scope and changes to scope. Work closely with delivery teams to establish expectations and ensure tasks remain on track. Address current or future impediments to the team.

Maintain process documentation.

Work comfortably with remote/virtual teams.

The hiring range for this position is $73500.00– $85750.00 per hour/year. This range represents the anticipated base pay for this role. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and location. Eligible employees may be offered health, vision, and dental insurance, personal/sick paid time, 401(k) retirement savings plan, bonus potential, paid bereavement, vacation and paid holidays.
