Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Tailor to join our garment factory. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in tailoring and finishing both male and female garments, with excellent attention to detail, fitting accuracy, and production quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stitch, alter, and finish men’s and women’s garments to high-quality standards.
• Read and interpret patterns, measurements, and technical specifications.
• Supervise tailors and ensure production quality meets company standards.
• Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments.
• Ensure proper fabric handling and minimize material wastage.
• Support the production team to meet deadlines and daily targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Master Tailor in a garment factory.
• Strong knowledge of both male and female garment construction.
• Ability to handle different fabrics and stitching techniques.
• Good leadership and team supervision skills.
• Strong attention to detail and finishing quality.
