Master Tailor / Garment Production Supervisor – Uniforms & Workwear Garments

Experience Required: Minimum 5–10 years in uniform or industrial garment production

Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Master Tailor / Garment Production Supervisor to lead the manufacturing of uniforms and workwear garments . This is a hands-on production leadership role responsible for supervising tailors, maintaining quality standards, and managing bulk production efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise tailoring and stitching teams
• Lead bulk production of uniforms and safety wear
• Read and execute patterns, size charts, and technical specifications
• Oversee cutting, stitching, fitting, finishing, and quality control
• Ensure industrial garment quality and durability standards
• Improve production efficiency and reduce material wastage
• Train tailors and operators on correct stitching techniques
• Plan daily production and meet delivery timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Master Tailor, Garment Supervisor, or Production In-Charge
• Strong knowledge of uniform, safety and industrial garment manufacturing
• Experience with coveralls, safety uniforms, workwear, FR garments, and reflective wear
• Ability to manage factory-level bulk production
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred (Added Advantage):

• Experience in PPE or safety garment manufacturing
• Knowledge of industrial stitching and compliance standards
• Experience working in GCC or Asian garment factories

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR2,000.00 per month
