About the Role

We’re looking for a Master Trainer / Fitness Consultantwho understands strength training, exercise form and technique, and can confidently guide clients with the right prescriptions. The ideal candidate should also have knowledge of prenatal and postnatal exercises and be able to design safe routines for special populations. This role combines consulting, teaching, and session auditing while working closely with our trainer team. Certification from K11 School of Fitness Sciences will be highly appreciated.

What You’ll Do

• Create exercise plans based on client goals and limitations
• Coordinate with trainers to deliver routines safely and effectively
• Update plans as clients progress or report discomfort
• Take regular follow ups with clients
• Mentor trainers on form correction, injury prevention, and special population needs
• Conduct short upskilling sessions for the trainer team
• Audit trainer sessions and evaluate exercise execution, communication, and safety
• Give clear, constructive feedback and maintain training standards
• Keep accurate records and share audit reports with operations

What We’re Looking For

• BPT or MPT
• Strong understanding of functional training and corrective exercise
• Confident working with both clients and trainers
• Good communication and observation skills
• Comfortable teaching, consulting, and auditing
• Solid knowledge of personal training forms, techniques, and gym-based exercise execution.
• Certification from K11 School of Fitness Sciences will be highly appreciated.
