Physical Education (PE) Teacher

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate PE lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
• Teach a variety of physical activities and sports to students across different grade levels.
• Promote physical fitness, health, safety, teamwork, and positive attitudes.
• Organize and supervise sports practices, competitions, and extracurricular activities.
• Maintain accurate student records including performance, attendance, and progress reports.
• Ensure the safety and proper use of sports equipment and facilities.
• Manage classrooms, sports fields, and indoor activity spaces effectively.
• Support school-wide events, sports days, and assemblies.
• Encourage student participation in physical activities and foster an inclusive environment.
• Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to support student development.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
• Teaching certification or B.Ed. preferred.
• Prior experience teaching PE in a school setting is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of various sports, physical fitness activities, and training methods.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for motivating students and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
• Ability to organize events and supervise extracurricular sports programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
