About the role

A sports coach's will be involved in planning and delivering sports programs, teaching and motivating athletes, and ensuring a safe and positive environment.

What you will be doing

Design and implement high-quality, progressive coaching programs that cater to students' needs and interests.
Guide athletes to reach their full potential by helping them identify strengths and weaknesses, providing feedback, and setting clear objectives.
Act as a positive role model to motivate students, create a learning environment, and foster enthusiasm for the sport.
Ensure all activities take place in a safe environment by structuring practices appropriately, meeting health and safety standards, and being physically present during training sessions.
Organize inter-school competitions, maintain records, and support other staff, such as the PE coordinator.
Stay up-to-date with new research and training methods

Who we are looking for:

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Strong communication and motivational abilities.
B.Ped or M.Ped
Knowledge of the particular sport, including rules and training techniques.
Ability to plan and organize activities.
Commitment to athlete safety and well-being.
Positive attitude and high energy
Experience: 2-5 years in the same position.
