What You’ll Be Doing:

• Guide and support the Material Control Warehouse team to meet daily goals in safety, quality, and productivity.
• Handle material-related challenges across shipping, receiving, and inventory. Conduct root cause analyses and implement smart, lasting solutions.
• Develop and refine SOPs, Work Instructions, and Business Process Procedures to keep things aligned.
• Monitor KPIs and bin utilization to ensure we’re operating at peak capacity and communicate insights to senior leadership and customers.
• Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, reduce waste, and elevate standards.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to build a high performance, and engaged workforce.
• Oversee powered industrial equipment operations and enforce regulatory guidelines.
• Audit inventory transactions and reconcile discrepancies in SAP to maintain accuracy and accountability.
• Support off-shifts and flex your schedule to meet operational demands.

What We Need from You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred, or 5+ years of warehouse experience (personal care, pharma, or food industry ideal).
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
• Excellent communication: verbal, written, and interpersonal.
• Comfortable presenting to groups and working cross-functionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with FDA GMPs, OSHA standards, and warehouse management systems.

Working Environment:

• Climate-controlled warehouse with moderate noise from industrial equipment.
• Physical activity includes lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and operating equipment.
• Exposure to motorized vehicles like forklifts and pallet jacks.
• PPE required when navigating the facility.
