Material Coordinator - ERPS Clerk

Position Summary:

The Material Coordinator ERPS Clerk will coordinate the movement, storage, and tracking of materials. This position ensures accurate inventory levels and assist in the tracking of materials using ERPS systems along with handling material requests, requisitions, and orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input material transactions and data into ERPS system for record-keeping and reporting.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of material orders, receipts, and usage.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and receipt of materials.
• Track deliveries, verify items received, and coordinate discrepancies with suppliers or vendors.
• Oversee the issuance of materials to the appropriate departments.
• Conduct material audits and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations when handling materials.
• Adhere to company procedures and maintain a high level of organization.
• Serve as a point of contact for material-related queries within the team.
• Assist in resolving material-related issues and provide support to other departments.

Experience Requirements:

• Knowledge of ERPS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with material handling, inventory management, or logistics.
• Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must have active Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications may be a plus).
