Material Engineer

We are looking for a Material Engineer to manage and monitor the quality of construction materials used in construction projects and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inspect and approve construction materials delivered to the site.
• Ensure materials meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and procurement for material approvals.
• Conduct and review material tests from laboratories.
• Monitor proper storage and handling of materials on site.
• Maintain records of material approvals and test reports.
• Coordinate with site engineers and project teams on material requirements.
• Ensure only approved materials are used in construction works.
• Identify and report any material quality issues.
• Prepare basic reports on material quality and compliance.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in construction, preferably villa or residential projects.
• Knowledge of construction materials, testing procedures, and quality control.
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with local construction standards and safety regulations.
• PAHW Approval of Kuwait Ministry
