Material Engineer- Tunneling Project

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Material Engineer with 7+ years of experience in infrastructure projects, specifically tunneling works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, suitability, and compliance of all construction materials used in tunneling and underground works.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Material Engineer in infrastructure/tunneling projects
• Strong knowledge of construction materials used in tunneling (concrete, shotcrete, grout, etc.)
• Experience in material testing, approvals, and quality control processes
• Familiarity with international standards (ASTM, BS, ISO)
• Knowledge of UAE construction standards and practices

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in tunneling methods (TBM/NATM)
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple material approvals
• Ability to work in fast-paced project environments

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
