Job Title: Material Expeditor

Location: Rig-Based

Work Schedule: 14 Days On / 7 Days Off Rotation

Required Qualification: Diploma (Mandatory)

Job Overview:

The Material Expeditor will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery, tracking, and coordination of materials required for rig operations. This role is critical to maintaining smooth supply chain and operational efficiency on the rig site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and monitor material requisitions and deliveries to rig sites.
• Follow up with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for material availability and dispatch schedules.
• Report on material status, delays, and updates to the procurement and operations teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and logs of material movements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HSE standards during material handling.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies related to material specifications, quality, or delivery.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field (Mandatory).
• Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of supply chain or logistics processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Ability to work in remote rig locations on a rotational basis.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
