MATERIAL MANAGEMENT LEAD

• Lead and manage the material planning and inventory management process to ensure uninterrupted supply for production.
• Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, and production teams to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Implement effective material requirement planning (MRP) systems and monitor usage trends.
• Identify and resolve material shortages, delays, or bottlenecks.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships for timely delivery and quality assurance.
• Monitor and analyze material costs, recommending cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and support the material management team in achieving operational excellence.
