Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate material plans to support production schedules and customer demand.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and avoid shortages or excess.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely ordering and delivery of raw materials and components.
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to manage material flow and resolve bottlenecks.
• Analyze demand forecasts, safety stock levels, and lead times to adjust material planning strategies.
• Track supplier performance and follow up on open orders or delivery issues.
• Identify and mitigate material risks that could impact production timelines.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP systems and ensure data integrity across material master data.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain and inventory management.
• Prepare and present regular reports on material availability, inventory status, and planning accuracy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in material planning, supply chain, or procurement roles.
• Strong knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) and inventory control principles.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments and production workflows is a plus.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
