Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain accurate material plans to support production schedules and customer demand.

Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and avoid shortages or excess.

Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely ordering and delivery of raw materials and components.

Collaborate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to manage material flow and resolve bottlenecks.

Analyze demand forecasts, safety stock levels, and lead times to adjust material planning strategies.

Track supplier performance and follow up on open orders or delivery issues.

Identify and mitigate material risks that could impact production timelines.

Maintain accurate records in ERP systems and ensure data integrity across material master data.

Support continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain and inventory management.

Prepare and present regular reports on material availability, inventory status, and planning accuracy.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in material planning, supply chain, or procurement roles.

Strong knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) and inventory control principles.

Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Familiarity with manufacturing environments and production workflows is a plus.

Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
