MATERIAL PLANNER

Position Overview:

Responsibilities include monitoring of the supply and demand signals and actions for the company. Will work directly with Purchasing and MFG Operations to ensure timely accurate build releases into the pipeline to fulfill customer requirements and replenishment to our international offices based on the overall company strategy.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS Degree
• 5+ years of planning experience in manufacturing industry.
• Material planning experience working with an ERP system to forecast and plan materials through the entire product lifecycle, and release work orders daily as needed.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Production Control, Production Operations and related functions in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with Avante ERP to plan materials through entire lifecycle, and release work orders daily as needed.
• Expertise in planning environment with experience in MRP and master Scheduling software.
• Proven track record maintaining forecasted material levels, providing status updates, and reporting changes when needed.
• Experience with troubleshooting material shortages.
• APICS Certification a plus.
• Strong, professional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, computer literate.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment.

Salary Range: $75,000 to $80,000. Pay may vary depending on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
