Material Planning Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Desired Skills and Experience

• University Degree in Engineering Departments (Preferably Industrial Engineering),
• Min. 3 years of experience in similar position in manufacturing industries with mass production,
• Project based material planning & procurement background is an important asset,
• Knowledge of MRP systems, JIT, etc.,
• Knowledge of SAP MM, WM, PP + P/S Module is a plus,
• Managing and giving financial value to warehouse stock,
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs,
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Job Description

• Verification of MRP exceptions,
• Issuing purchase documents (SAR),
• Checking the order confirmations,
• Verification of the documents for Inbound delivery,
• Controlling of material arrivals,
• Making stock analysis,
• Managing subcontractor material,
• Checking inventory and support counting activity,
• Organizing of raw material changes,
• Controlling of MRP parameters,
• Communicate frequently with suppliers (mostly abroad) and take an active role in material supply processes.
