Compensation: 3 to 6 LPA
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Planning / Material Planner to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing material requirements, monitoring
production schedules, and ensuring smooth coordination between procurement, production, and warehouse teams. The role involves demand forecasting, material tracking, and supporting continuous improvements in the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage material requirements based on production forecasts and demand.
• Monitor production schedules, identifying bottlenecks or delays and escalating as required.
• Track availability of raw materials, components, and semi-finished goods to meet production needs.
• Assist in creating daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts and order requirements.
• Develop and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) and Material Requirement Planning (MRP) systems.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
• Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock
• Collaborate with production, quality, and warehouse teams to resolve material related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of material transactions and prepare relevant reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
• Communicate material delays or issues that could impact production or delivery.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
• Hands-on experience in Project-based Industrial Field, Fabrication of Mechanical Equipment, Structural Fabrication (MS & SS), and Assembly of Equipment(Conveyors, Cranes, Blowers, Dryers).
• ERP/MRP system knowledge (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics preferred, but not mandatory).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, Macros).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
