Material Planning Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor maintenance material flow using SAP / PALM
• Act as focal point between warehouse, maintenance, and operations teams
• Develop and improve material management processes and procedures
• Ensure timely availability, tracking, certification, and documentation of materials and equipment
• Interface with vendors and contractors for repair, refurbishment, and re-certification
• Support planning and scheduling activities (Primavera exposure preferred)
• Promote strong HSE and Incident-Free culture
• Participate in audits, vendor performance reviews, and offshore visits as required

Requirements

• Technical Diploma or equivalent industry qualification (offshore and onshore oil and gas facilities).
• 10+ years’ experience in oil & gas material management / warehouse / logistics
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP / PALM
• Working knowledge of Primavera
• Solid understanding of maintenance material and equipment management
• Strong communication skills; fluent in English
• Able to work in a multicultural, multi-disciplinary environment
