Material Tech - Oven (Night Shift)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Load and unload ovens
Complete paperwork as required
Select and verify oven cure profiles
Sweep and Mop floors as required
Labor in/out using data collect
Maintain 5S standards
Move completed parts to staging area
Perform necessary preventative maintenance on equipment
Work closely with other departments to determine oven schedule
Use of overhead crane
Follow all work procedures for the area
Comply with all safety and company policies

QUALIFITCATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

No experience required
High school diploma or GED
Basic computer skills
Read and speak English

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Must be able to lift 45lbs
Must be able to wear all required PPE
Must be able to stand for 10-12 hrs per shift
Must be able to work in both hot and cold conditions
Must be able to work around different types of resins and composite materials
Must be able to work around chemicals and solvents such as acetone, releasing agents and various cleaning supplies
