Job Title: Material Coordinator – WIP & Bin Management

Job Summary:

The Material Coordinator – WIP & Bin Management is responsible for overseeing the flow, storage, and accuracy of work-in-progress (WIP) materials and bin locations across production and warehouse operations. This role ensures that materials are efficiently tracked, issued, and managed to support seamless production processes and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage WIP materials and bin locations to ensure accurate tracking and timely issuance to production lines.
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, and planning teams to align material availability with production schedules.
• Maintain and optimize bin management systems to support efficient material flow and space utilization.
• Conduct routine audits of WIP and bin inventories to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Support warehouse and inventory teams with technical guidance and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience: 5–7 years of experience in material coordination, WIP management, or inventory control.
• Skills: Proficiency in WIP tracking systems, bin location management, inventory analysis, and cross-functional coordination.
