Ensure timely delivery, tracking, and utilisation of owner-supplied materials for data centre or mission-critical projects

Optimise inventory management and material forecasting to support critical project schedules

Minimise delays and support seamless construction, commissioning, and handover activities
Job Description and Responsibilities

Track and monitor the delivery of owner-supplied materials from vendors to data centre construction sites
-
Forecast material requirements based on project schedule, consumption trends, and critical-path activities
-
Maintain inventory records, manage stock levels, and ensure proper utilisation of materials for mission-critical systems

Coordinate with procurement, construction, commissioning, and project teams to prevent shortages or delays
-
Support reporting on material status, delays, utilisation, and critical KPIs for management review

Identify potential supply chain risks and propose mitigation actions
Qualification and Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline
-
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in material management or expediting on data centre or mission-critical projects

Strong knowledge of construction material tracking, inventory management, and forecasting tools
-
Familiarity with critical systems materials such as UPS, transformers, switchgear, batteries, or ELV/ICT components
-
Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, or material tracking software
-
Excellent coordination, analytical, and reporting skills with the ability to work across multiple project teams

Understanding of fast-track construction schedules, lead-time management, and owner-supplied material workflows
