Materials Management Administrator - HRMC - FT Days
Essential Responsibilities:

Reviews Data for all new service lines and projects relating to Materials Management
Creates, tracks and follows up on RFP’s, invitations for bids, multi-year procurement packages involving contracts for services, consultants, equipment, supplies and capital improvements.
Performs statistical analysis of all data gathered through research or negotiations.
Assists management with analyzing, tracking, and reporting best practices for benchmarking purposes.
Performs necessary analytics to support Purchasing decisions.
Evaluates bids and proposals, negotiates with suppliers and makes recommendations.
Performs contract review ensuring appropriate communication on any and all compliance related issues.
Analyzes requests for contract extensions and/or amendments.
Analyzes requests for renewal or cancellation of contracts.
Analyzes requests for new items and equipment
Maintains spreadsheets and databases for contract files including budget information.
Uploads and maintains supplies in our ERP system.
Tracks and updates all price increases relating to GPO contracts.
Act in accordance with the established mission, vision, and values.
Abide by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability privacy and security regulations regarding all aspects of Protected Health Information (PHI).
Maintain effective communication and professional working relationships with patients/clients and their representatives, team members, contractors, physicians, peers, outside agencies, and the public.
