Job Description

We’re looking for Materials Management Managers who are excited to lead procurement and logistics operations that directly support high-quality patient care. In this role, you’ll manage the purchasing, receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution of materials. You’ll also oversee vendor services and contracts, ensuring the hospital receives the best value and service. We value collaboration, attention to detail, and strategic thinking—and we’re excited to welcome a leader who brings these strengths to our team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a standardized materials management system

  • Oversee procurement, inventory, receiving, and distribution operations

  • Monitor procurement contracts and vendor performance

  • Ensure optimal use of resources for quality, pricing, and services

  • Supervise materials staff and drive performance improvements

This role involves working closely with our team to deliver effective, mission-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related healthcare management field

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare materials management

  • Experience with value and product analysis preferred

  • Strong supervisory, management, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in the English language

  • Must be able to put into practice Service Excellence skills with our patients, families, coworkers, and community
