Position Overview:

ADTI is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Master Scheduler to join our Air Systems Components team in Norcross, GA. This role is critical to ensuring production schedules align with customer demand, inventory targets, and capacity planning. The ideal candidate will be a proactive planner with strong analytical skills and experience in ERP systems, production scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning & Scheduling

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) using S&OP forecasts.
• Collaborate with production schedulers to ensure schedule compliance and optimal resource utilization.
• Monitor schedule attainment and lead root cause analysis for missed shipments.
• Review and revise schedules based on capacity constraints and customer delivery requirements.

Inventory Management

• Analyze Days on Hand (DOH) vs. plan and implement corrective actions when targets are missed.
• Support phase-in/phase-out planning for new and discontinued products to minimize excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory.
• Establish and adjust safety stock levels for finished goods.

Material Requirements Planning

• Maintain replenishment signals for manufactured items to ensure smooth material flow.
• Review and update inventory parameters to align with plant objectives.

Supplier & Capacity Coordination

• Collaborate with the Supply Planning Manager to manage capacity requirements and ensure alignment with production schedules.
• Ensure supplier forecasts are shared and loaded appropriately.

Operational Excellence

• Participate in daily GEMBA walks to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Conduct weekly safety audits and report unsafe conditions.
• Ensure documented posting processes are followed to maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in production scheduling or materials planning.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with KPI tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with PFEP (Plan for Every Part) methodology.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with complex BOMs and product transitions.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, and operations teams.
