Arconic is currently in search of Material Planner I to join our Building and Construction Team in Springdale, Arkansas .

Job Duties:
- Adhere to all Kawneer rules and regulations.
- Prepare schedules for finishing departments to support con-ops production.
- Able to work successfully with other department managers and leads.
- Follow directions from manager to complete daily tasks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment, problem solve, and engage in housekeeping efforts.
- Must be willing to flex to other areas.
Other duties as assigned.
This Material Planner I position will primarily support the paint and anodize finishing metal flow path by developing a department schedule in adherence with, and support of department and location metrics as set forth by management.
Preferred Skills:
- JDE working knowledge
- Computer Literate
- Microsoft Office working knowledge with an emphasis on Excel knowledge
- Willing and capable to learn additional Excel skills as needed
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Excellent communication
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to perform moderate to heavy lifting.
- Must be able to move carts with metal from one area to another.
Must be able to work overtime as needed and determined by management.
