Role : Materials Planning and Purchasing Consultant
Experience: 3 to 8 Years
Job Location: Mumbai

Eligibility:
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
- Should be flexible with Australian Shift (3.30 AM/4.30 AM IST to 1.30 PM/2.30 PM)
- Candidates to have registered EP IDs
Role & Responsibilities:
Scope of work -
1) Support Material Planning related tasks aligned with production plans, schedule, and demand forecasts
2) Monitor and Report inventory levels, lead times, and safety stock to prevent stockouts or overstocking
3) Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and material follow-ups in ERP systems
4) Ageing stock review for packaging material
5) Updating demand changes in ERP
High-Volume / High-Frequency Activities
- Open Order Management
- Manage Outstanding Orders and Deliveries
- PO Confirmation and Expediting
- Reporting (Shortages, Overdue Orders, Goods Receipts)
- Production Volume Tracking
- Purchase Order Releases (Bairnsdale, WA, Pakenham)
Shared Responsibilities
- BOM Changes (Run-out and phase-in/out management)
- Forecast Changes – reporting
- Manage Forecast Changes (Vendor Schedules)
- Forecasting (Monthly supplier reports)
- These tasks reflect strategic coordination on planning and material management.
- Order and delivery management
- Forecast and reporting
- Production tracking
- BOM and SKU updates
- Supplier communication and expediting
