About the Role:

As a MRP Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective materials requirement plans (MRP) to ensure on-time material availability and prevent stockouts. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory, improve supply reliability, and support seamless production operations. This role plays a key part in driving supply chain efficiency and ensuring business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain the Materials Requirements Plan (MRP) based on the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to ensure on-time material availability with zero stockouts.
2. Monitor MRP execution and coordinate call-offs with suppliers to maintain smooth operations.
3. Prepare the Rough-Cut Capacity Plan (RCCP) for the Materials Warehouse to align capacity with production needs.
4. Define and manage safety stock levels to mitigate risks from supplier delays, quality issues, or unexpected demand surges.
5. Track materials operational wastage and collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce losses.
6. Monitor and optimize Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO) to improve working capital efficiency.
7. Develop replenishment models for spare parts to ensure continuous availability and balanced inventory levels.

Operating Environment:

Office-based role.

Communication & Working Relationships:

Internal: Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams.

External: Raw Material (RM) and Packaging Material (PM) suppliers.

Decision Making:

Authorized to make decisions related to MRP, crates orders, pallets orders, and spare parts orders.

What we’re looking for:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
2. 3–5 years of experience in S&OP or Supply Planning.
3. Strong analytical and planning skills with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
4. A proactive problem solver and team player who drives improvement and change.
