Job Overview
BSRHA is seeking an hourly quote for the services of a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Materials or Procurement Management. The selected SME will serve exclusively as a trainer, focusing on delivering key competencies outlined in the attached job description. This scope may be revised based on new findings throughout the engagement.

Scope of Work:
The primary goal of this engagement is to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our materials facility through structured training and process development. The SME will work closely with BSRHA staff to implement best practices and establish a sustainable system for inventory and material management. Areas of focus include but are not limited to:

• Organizing materials storage and handling procedures
• Developing and implementing an inventory tracking system
• Developing a check-in/check-out system for materials
• Establishing a reasonable disposition process for surplus or obsolete materials
• Identifying and documenting additional necessary methods and procedures
• Reports on progress and quantification of materials

• Training Structure & Time Allocation:
• The SME will deliver training sessions to BSRHA staff based on a structured schedule. The duration of this training will be a minimum of 2 months and could last up to 6 months.
• Overtime will not be expected unless approved by management and accompanied by the presence of a staff member.
• Training sessions may involve both classroom-style instruction and hands-on demonstrations.
• Potential travel to surrounding communities to assess on-site materials and provide localized training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
