About the Role:
Ensure timely availability, staging, and field distribution of materials.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide first point of call for all material related issues.

Interface with Company materials and warehouse teams.

Coordinate tagging, kitting, staging, and material readiness for work fronts.

Coordinate material internal transportation, storage and preservation.

Track critical materials and shortages.

Support expediting of missing or damaged materials.

Maintain material status reporting for execution teams.

Ensure surplus materials are well preserved and timely reconciled with Company stores and obtain relevant Company authorities sign-off on reconciliation sheets.

Tracks outstanding materials POs (both Company and Contractors sourced) using Company SAP system or any other relevant Company or Contractor system.

Provide technical support in terms of material availability alternatives.
Qualifications & Experience

Degree in a relevant engineering discipline (B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Eng.) (preferably in Mechanical) and membership of internationally accepted applicable professional Institute.

Minimum 10 years of experience in oil & gas projects and Turnarounds / Shutdowns in end-to-end material management.
