We are seeking a compassionate, team-oriented physician who prioritizes patient care, delivers exceptional experiences, and stays at the forefront of women's health innovations. This opportunity is at both our Silver Spring, MD location and Alexandria, VA.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform both minor and major surgical procedures.
  • Prevent, diagnose, and treat a full range of OB/GYN conditions.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to medical staff—including nurses, nurse practitioners, and medical assistants—ensuring adherence to proper procedures and protocols.
  • Support enhancements of technology to drive higher quality and consumer experience while maintaining clinical quality.
  • Conduct patient examinations, obtain medical histories, and order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests.
  • Participate actively in internal quality-improvement initiatives and collaborate with team members to drive proactive improvements.
  • Maternal–Fetal Medicine role is primarily outpatient, with some inpatient consultations.
  • Work Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts, supported by a highly skilled clinical team.
  • Manage high-volume ultrasound services, including interpreting fetal echocardiograms, first-trimester screenings, fetal anatomic surveys, and performing amniocentesis (CVS experience valued but not required).
  • Antenatal assessment interpretation including NST, biophysical profile

Qualifications:

  • Board certified in General Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Board Certified or Eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
  • Previous experience in a Maternal-Fetal Medicine role is preferred.
  • Active Medical License in the State of Maryland/Virginia/DC is strongly preferred.

Annual Compensation Range based on years of experience: $325,000 -$475,000
