Math Teacher

Bishop McGuinness Catholic High School in Oklahoma City is seeking qualified candidates to teach math in the academic year 2025-2026. Applicants must be highly motivated, have experience in teaching in high school, and work closely with math and science department colleagues on lesson planning and curriculum alignment. Experience in, or ability to learn how to deliver content digitally is preferred, as well as experience in modifications. A bachelor’s degree in math, math education, or a related field is required in addition to being state certified to teach secondary math. Salary is commensurate with experience and can be negotiated.

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging math lessons to students.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure curriculum alignment.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and educational goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
