Mathematics Academic Manager

Location: Chandni Chowk, Rawalpindi (On-site)
Shift Timing: Night Shift – 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily/hourly class schedules.
• Ensure smooth and timely conduct of classes.
• Coordinate tutor substitutions/reschedules.
• Act as primary contact for clients; resolve queries & feedback.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and service retention.
• Troubleshoot operational/scheduling issues.
• Lead, motivate, and support the tutor team.
• Conduct team meetings & provide mentorship.
• Monitor teaching quality & classroom performance.
• Collect and evaluate student/parent feedback.
• Maintain records and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with senior management on academic strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Education, Management, or related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in academic management or tutoring services.
• Strong organizational & multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Leadership qualities to manage and motivate teams.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with online learning platforms.
