Mathematics Teacher – College Level

Job Summary:

The Mathematics Teacher will be responsible for teaching mathematics to college-level students, ensuring conceptual clarity and preparation for board examinations and higher studies. The teacher should employ effective teaching strategies, promote analytical thinking, and support academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Mathematics to intermediate/college-level students according to the Sindh Board or relevant curriculum.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans, assignments, and practice exercises.
• Prepare students for internal assessments, board exams, and competitive tests.
• Use interactive and modern teaching methodologies to enhance student understanding.
• Conduct regular tests and evaluate students’ progress accurately.
• Provide extra support and remedial classes to students when needed.
• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
• Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student performance.
• Stay updated with changes in the curriculum and best teaching practices.
• Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in teaching Mathematics at college or intermediate level.
• Strong command over subject concepts and problem-solving techniques.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Familiarity with board exam patterns and marking schemes.
