Mathematics Teacher (For Academic Year 2026-2027)

Developing engaging lesson plans with strong mathematical skills, assessing students while fostering a positive classroom and adaptability to handle diverse learners, all to inspire students to meet curriculum goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruction & Curriculum: Develop & deliver engaging, standards-aligned lesson plans; use varied methods (tech, hands-on); explain complex concepts; foster critical thinking & problem-solving.
• Assessment & Feedback: Design, administer, & grade assignments/tests; provide constructive feedback; track & report student progress; prepare for standardized tests.
• Classroom Environment: Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined space; encourage high standards; support diverse learning needs (slow learners, special needs).
• Collaboration & Communication: Partner with parents/guardians; collaborate with colleagues; attend meetings/conferences; participate in school events.
• Professional Development: Stay updated on math education trends; implement new teaching methods.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's (or Master's) in Mathematics with B.Ed.
• Experience: Proven teaching experience, classroom management, curriculum development will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of math formulas/concepts, various teaching aids, educational tech.
• Skills: Excellent English communication skills, adaptability, positive attitude, strong discipline.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
